The Brummell: London's most exquisite penthouse

Situated in the heart of London’s luxury quarter on prestigious Jermyn Street, our penthouse at Beau House is the crowning jewel of this spectacular development. An exclusive collaboration between leading property developers Dukelease and Oliver Burns, our super-prime design expertise was enlisted to design the entrance to the building as well as the vast 4,000 square foot duplex penthouse that takes pride of place atop of seven beautifully designed and finished apartments.

The Brummell Penthouse pays homage to one of the most celebrated figures in men’s fashion, Beau Brummell, not only in name but in style with quintessentially British design woven throughout. Subtle references to Beau’s penchant for pared-back tailoring and neutrals can be observed throughout this well-appointed space from pinstripe wall coverings to exquisitely stitched upholstery.

In another nod to Jermyn Street’s tailoring past, we collaborated closely with eminent royal perfumers, Floris, to create a bespoke signature fragrance. Renowned for their exquisitely crafted fragrances, Floris has been a Jermyn Street institution since 1730, counting Beau Brummell himself as a valued customer. A fresh, citrus aroma with notes of orange blossom, myrrh and frankincense, the fragrance tells a multi sensory story through scent.

The heart of this unique residence is the opulent open plan living space with its seamless integration of an elegant dining area and state-of-the-art kitchen complete with Boffi and Gaggenau appliances. A key design feature within this space is a bespoke collection of handcrafted dining chairs by specialist upholsterer Aiveen Daly. Featuring a chevron print in shades inspired by the plumage of a peacock, these showstopping chairs perfectly complement the Davidson sycamore dining table.

In the Master Suite, an Oliver Burns bespoke designed and handcrafted bed forms the centerpiece, which is magnificently framed by a geometric fretwork wall. This opulence extends to the Master Ensuite where polished Aqua Bianca, Arabescato and Blue de Savoie marbles, each discerningly sourced by our senior design team from specialist Italian quarries, take centre stage. An additional two guest suites and adjoining bathrooms have been exquisitely finished, each with its own distinctive style and personality.

A sculptural feature wall in polished plaster which extends across all three floors provides a magnificent backdrop as you ascend the white Namibia marble to the show-stopping roof terrace. Accessed through a retractable glass roof, this sumptuous alfresco space has been designed as an extension of the interiors, providing comfort beyond the ordinary. Luxurious George Smith sofas and chairs, an outdoor TV and entertainment system and a fire pit collectively form the perfect space to enjoy the stunning near 360-degree panorama of the London skyline views.

A triumph of 21st century luxury design, this exceptional residence is a jewel to be treasured for years to come.
