Our claims philosophy – for when you need insurance most

No one ever wants to make a claim but, when you do, one of the UK’s largest brokers is on hand to help. Aon Private Clients understand how stressful claims can be and help you navigate the process. We have a team of experienced Client Managers and Account Directors, working alongside you to support you when necessary. Following a substantial loss, one of our Client Managers is able to visit you to guide you through the process if required.

One of our Client Managers will support you with complex or significant claims so you have the peace of mind that your claim is progressing during a stressful time.

You want to feel confident that you will be recompensed should something untoward happen. We can liaise with you, and the Insurer to work towards a fair and efficient resolution of your claim. At Aon Private Clients we have strong relationships with our Insurers; where appropriate we can advocate on your behalf with your insurer.

Some of the insurers we work with provide access to independent loss assessors, for larger claims, who work solely on your behalf (rather than the insurer’s) to assess the scale of the loss and act on your behalf to get the fairest outcome.

Our team of Client Managers will be there with you even after the claim is settled. We can discuss with the Insurer how to recruit an external professional to minimise the risk of certain claims being repeated, for example flood.
