Working with Aon
Clients are at the heart of our business and we aim to bring the best of Aon to our customers.
This means being responsive to your needs, understanding changes in your business, evaluating new risks that emerge and providing Aon risk and insurance solutions.
Because we work with a variety of insurance companies, we have a broad and up to date understanding of what is on offer. The relationship developed with your broker will continue to serve you well over time. Your needs can change as your business grows and changes, and new policy options become available from insurers, so an annual review becomes an important tool to stay on top of your insurance requirements.
Aon has the experience to understand the issues facing businesses today. We will help you manage the more traditional risks including regulator inspections, health & safety and employment issues. Importantly, we are also able to talk you through emerging risks such as cyber-attacks and reputation damage and what they could mean to you.
We will conduct a thorough review of your whole insurance programme and design an insurance portfolio that is individual to you. As your insurance advisor I will be a single point of contact for you throughout your relationship with Aon. This means that I will also be on hand to provide claims support when required.
Aon offers a wide range of solutions for all sizes of business. Our consulting service is underpinned by our experience, product knowledge and broking power. Our clients are able to take advantage of Aon’s global reach and strength in insurer relationships.
At Aon we understand that all manufacturers are different, from large production sites to small manufacturing units, businesses are as different as the products they produce. Whether your business is heavy manufacturing, or technology based, we have access to potential solutions.
We take time to understand the particular risks associated with your supply chain, processes and production lines. Aon can assess the specific cyber risks associated with CAD (Computer-aided design) operation and robotic manufacturing.
We know that an employee is as likely to have an accident in the first six months at a workplace, as well as during the whole of the rest of their working life and we can advise on the steps can be taken to mitigate these risks.
Logistics businesses are links in the modern supply chain. At Aon we can arrange insurance to cover the risks facing your industry. We understand that operational and strategic risk can significantly impact on any transport company.
Cover extends to warehouse management systems and cyber liability. We are able to offer marine cargo cover with a quick claims payment system and flexible motor solutions.
Has any business sector changed more in recent years than the technology sector? When your business is at the cutting edge of innovation you can be exposed to risks that aren’t covered by basic business insurance.
At Aon we can help you build cover to meet your requirements, including Cyber insurance to cover financial loss from system failures.
We understand that your people are key to delivering your service and we have packages to address workforce stress through Aon's Health Solutions.
At Aon, we understand the risk and insurance requirements of independent schools, whatever the scale and complexity of your requirements.
If you are looking to undertake a competitive tender process for your insurance programme, whether you are purchasing individually or as part of a group, we can help.
We will manage the administrative process, collating all the necessary risk information and sourcing quotes from several insurers on your behalf. Our findings will be presented to you in a comprehensive report, helping you to make informed decisions, on cover levels that will offer the protection you need.
At Aon we focus on partnering with you to bring value to your school by offering solutions for the management of your risks.
Pupil Based Schemes have been designed for Independent Schools who want to offer added value to their pupils and parents.
Aon and Hiscox’s Pupil Based insurance scheme offers flexibility by allowing the separate policies to be taken individually or as a comprehensive package, offering peace of mind and making life easier for you in the event of a life changing incident.
Pupil Based insurance can cover personal accidents for pupils and staff, pupils’ personal effects and offers financial protection to cover fees when a pupil can’t attend school.
Care Home insurance is not always straightforward, so a personal touch can make all the difference.
We understand that every care business has a unique set of insurance needs. By being proactive in our approach to servicing, we’ll support you and bring clarity about when and what you have to do at renewal. If you want to make changes mid-term, you know who to contact to ensure those amendments are made.
Running a restaurant comes with risks affecting both customers and employees – and reputations can be at stake.
Aon can arrange insurance packages for independent restaurants, designed to cover your assets, earnings, and legal liabilities. We will discuss your requirements and help you identify the risks to your business. This helps us to build your insurance package and you will only pay for the optional covers that you require.
A cyber-attack or data breach can be costly for any business. Exposure can vary from one organisation to the next, but Aon can arrange a policy that reflects the risks faced in your sector.
Cover under Cyber Insurance policies can be typically split into three key areas that together protect key aspects of a business’ risk: cyber liability, breach response and cyber-crime.
“We used Mason Insurance Brokers for our business which is rather unique! We'd struggled to get a broker who really understood what we needed. As soon as we spoke to Jon, he knew instantly what was needed and gave us a very competitive quote very quickly, but more importantly than that, he gave us the confidence and reassurance that we are fully protected for what we needed.
I'd recommend Mason Insurance Brokers to anyone. Excellent service. Excellent cover. And Jon is very approachable and doesn't talk in insurance jargon!”
Jen Hinds, Always Oarsome
“Jon gave us excellent advice regarding our insurance. The policy was very competitively priced and Jon made sure that we were properly covered. We will be going to Jon for all our buy to let insurance policies..”
Julie Hanson, Just Do Property
