Aon’s dedicated TCI marketing team have created a central system to automate marketing communications for all housing association clients. When you become a client, you will be given exclusive access to our TCI Marketing Portal which gives you the option to choose from various campaigns, formats and mediums, so it’s entirely your choice as to which type of theme you’d like to use. Whether it’s a flood, fire or burglary campaign, the portal offers pre-approved assets and templates around each of these concepts. Whichever campaign or medium you choose, your council’s specific profile, including logo, contact details, pricing etc. will automatically populate your chosen template.
Some examples of assets the TCI Marketing Portal offers:
Display posters and flyers in payment offices and stairwells.
Various sized web banners so you’re sure to find something suitable for your council’s website.
Whether you’re looking to advertise TCI insurance on Facebook or Twitter, these adverts can be used throughout all your social media platforms.
Other marketing support we can provide includes:
Banners and flyers for tenants’ events, alongside give-a-ways such as pens, keyrings and trolley tokens.
Reach your audience with flyers sent out with your rent statements.
We can provide topical/seasonal articles for you to publish in your newsletters, on your website or on your social media pages.
We believe that everyone in our industry should be doing their bit towards financial inclusion. We see our part in this going beyond simply facilitating tenants’ contents insurance schemes: we pledge to help raise the level of understanding of home contents insurance and its benefits.
To keep our language and communications simple, clear and easy to understand
To contribute towards financial education, raising awareness of the benefits and need for insurance to financially excluded people
To help us in our pledge, we are working with the Social Publishing Project, who publish Quids in! magazine. Quids in! is distributed to an average of 160,000 households across the UK every quarter. It is designed to help people understand and manage their money better, with informative money advice and easy to read engaging articles.

The Royal Borough of Kingston
RBK have been running the Tenants Home Contents Insurance scheme for several years and are very content with Aon/Aviva. Our tenants and leaseholders are offered low price premiums for excellent coverage and we are keen to increase our number of policy holders once their outstanding new system is in place. The training that was provided for this system was phenomenal and we can already tell there will be a marvellous support team for this. Our Client Manager has always been very helpful and provides a lot of support.
