Claims are dealt with promptly and fairly and Aon respond well and support us in funding and developing new marketing initiatives and IT development such as telephone and online applications. Dudley MBC offer 4 weeks free insurance to new tenants as an incentive to take out a home contents insurance policy. We use letters, leaflets and text messages to market this offer and have seen our policyholder numbers increase by an average of 20 per month. Aon supports Dudley in this incentive and we consider this offer to be of real benefit to our new tenants.
