We pride ourselves on helping our partners achieve specific business objectives through the consultation and research, into relevant risk management solutions for their connected communities. Would an Affinity Partnership benefit your organisation?
Do you have…
- A business challenge to solve, an objective to achieve or a desired outcome
- A sizeable customer base?
- A deep and trusted relationship with your contractors?
- The need for minimum insurance cover levels?
- The ability to share customer data?
- The potential to embed insurance in your core offer?
- The willingness to think innovatively about how you work with partners?
If your answer is yes to any of these questions, it’s worth finding out how an Affinity Partnership could benefit your company and customer base.
Since 2014, Aon has worked in partnership with Tarmac, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of aggregate products, who outsource their delivery function to c1600 contracted hauliers.
Tarmac felt a large number of their hauliers did not have the right level of cover, putting Tarmac at risk of reputation damage and vicarious liability. Tarmac wanted to find a way of ensuring that all of their hauliers had easy access to adequate cover which included their contractual minimum insurance standards.
Aon Affinity’s approach
We applied our ‘Consulting, Deal Making and Servicing’ approach to design a solution to meet Tarmac’s specific objectives.
The end result
Aon delivered an insurance scheme covering all major risks facing each haulier’s business, including motor, employers liability, public liability, goods risks, and motor legal expenses delivered under a single wording that adheres to minimum standards set by Tarmac. This was supported by Tarmac who embedded processes to optimise take up, minimise administration and endorse the approach.
What is an Affinity Partnership?
