Marketing support

With a dedication marketing budget, we will help you to develop a communications strategy that is right for your scheme. We have a marketing portfolio of different themes which can be personalised for your campaign, including your logo, messages and colour palette.

Case study

Case study – Orbit Propoints campaign

Matthew Mckinley, Client Manager at Aon, worked with Orbit to run a bespoke promotion to combined tenants contents insurance and their residents reward scheme: 

“Orbit Heart of England run a rewards scheme for tenants, which they call Propoints. They wanted to combine the promotion of Propoints with their tenants’ contents insurance scheme, allowing residents to use their Propoints to pay for up to 50% of their insurance premium. 

We worked with Orbit Heart of England to understand their Propoints scheme and develop the promotion and campaign plan. We then developed campaign material to get the promotion out to residents. 

The campaign included flyers to go in new residents’ packs. The housing officers would then talk to residents about the promotion at their settling in visit and check they had considered their insurance needs. Aon also provided banners and give-a-ways to be used at residents’ events.”
